The Artspace Buffalo project involved adaptive reuse of this 1912 historic daylight factory building into 36 loft units, gallery, storefront, and the design and construction of 24 new townhouses. This low income housing project is aimed at local artists and their families as combined studio and living space.
Roche & Company teamed with the project architects and Artspace Projects, Inc. to provide interior finish selections, and lighting design.
